Advantage to getting my pediatric anesthesiology board certification?

I have been practicing pediatric anesthesiology for 10 years. I must admit it is a drag having to sit for another board examination.

Aside from the obvious prestige advantage, is there really a financial or liability advantage to obtaining my pediatric anesthesiology board certification

I really hate studying
